This winter break was sorta fun, but it was more relaxed than anything else. Last Friday, I went to the beach with my friend. We chilled out the first day because it was about 9 when we got there. On Saturday, we went to a Mardi Gras parade, and it was awesome. I got 2 shirts and a bunch of beads. I also got a lot of other goodies. After that, we went out to eat at a VERY packed restaurant. There five drunk ladies in their 60’s who were dancing and singing. They had created a conga line, which I was forced to go on by one of the women.On Sunday, I went shopping and got a few things to wear in spring. On Monday, I didn’t do anything but sleep and watch Netflix all day. It was relaxing because I haven’t had one of those days in FOREVER. On Tuesday, I went to a nearby beach and shopped around there. I really liked it there, it was beautiful. On Wednesday, I went home. I was sad because I’m gonna miss the beach. However, I will be going again in April fro Spring Break!

Future Fridays

On Fridays here at Bremen, we sometimes have a speaker. They come in and talk about their career. We call these people Future Friday speakers. For instance, our Future Friday speaker was Robert Holt, a EMT. He came in and talked about what his career was, some crazy stories about it, and showed us some tools hes uses in his job. I find it very cool that people take time out of their day to come talk to our class.

What I Want to be When I Grow Up

When I grow up, I want to be a Physical Therapist in Sports Medicine. The cluster is Health Science, and my two backups are Business Management & Communications, and Human Services. The reason why I want to be a physical therapist is because I’ve had experience with them. I go every Thursday afternoon, and they work on my shoulder. It just really interest me to see people help you feel better through exercise.
